Our experiences offer a unique opportunity to get closer to our amazing animals and meet our experts.

There are few things better than seeing a wild animal up close, but our animal experiences are really something. By taking part in an animal experience, you’ll get to go behind the scenes with our keepers to see how our animals are cared for, with a range of extra features. You can feed a lion a snack or take a tour of the lemur house – whichever tour you choose, you’re sure to have an unforgettable experience.

We have a range of experiences available, from big cats and other carnivores to specific animals such as lemurs, lynxes and tapirs. Our animal encounters are available for groups of two or for solo animal lovers – these experiences are suitable for people aged 12 and over, but all children must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+.

It’s important to note that although rare, there are occasions that the animals simply don’t want to participate. In this event, we will do our utmost to arrange a new experience for you. We retain the right to cancel the experiences at any point – the animals’ welfare will always be our first priority.
