What to expect.
Our keeper experiences last for approximately 3 hours and starts at 10.30am.
When you arrive you will be met by one of our experienced keepers who will brief you on what activities you will be doing throughout the day.
These activities may vary from day to day but typically will include mucking out, preparing food and feeding some of the animals. You will have the unique opportunity to learn about all the different assortment of enrichment techniques that the keepers use to stimulate the animals.
This experience will provide you with a real insight into the working lives of keepers and the Park and give you a realistic impression.
As part of your experience you will be provided with any protective clothing you may need to use during your day. You will need to ensure that you wear sturdy footwear.
