Please note that depending upon the direction you are travelling in from, the SatNav may bring you in via Hemingby Lane. There is no public access via this road.
The main entrance is accessible via the A158 Louth Road.

A few suggestions to help you get the best out of your visit:
Plan Ahead – Sometimes it is reassuring to know what to expect during your visit. Please Contact Us a day or two before your arrival, so you have a better idea of show times and to find out about any other events which may be taking place on the day.
Avoid Busy Days – For visitors who prefer not to be here during busy times, we recommend you visit Wolds Wildlife Park outside of the school holidays and on weekdays wherever possible.

Booking
Can i get a refund for entry tickets ?
Once tickets have been purchased online they are non-refundable,
Cancellation’s cannot be made on ticket purchases although the dates can in extreme circumstances be changed at the managements discretion.
Concession rates - who can apply?
Please note that in order to validate any concessionary tickets purchased on our website or at the entrance to the park, visitors will need to show proof of the following:
- If you are 65-plus years of age.
- Blue light card (NHS, social care sector and armed forces)
- ID required, for use on entry only.
We offer discounted concessionary rates for visitors with disabilities. These can be purchased online or at our main desk.
- We do ask for proof of disability on admission as we offer discounted prices. This could be evidence of DLA or PIP, Blue Badge (along with photo ID) or a Medical Letter confirming disability. We try our best to treat all our visitors the same, but certain disabilities are not visible, so please do not be offended by our staff asking.
- Carers are at the concession rate, carers should provide ID from care home or employer, Care allowance claim letter, relevant carers card, Carers must be with with the disabled concession visitor to Wolds Wildlife Park.

Tickets for carers, senior citizens (over 65) and Blue Light cardholders are priced at £12.50 ID required where necessary.

What times do you open/close?
We are open from 1st April until the end of October from 10am to 5pm, and the last entry is at 4pm. From the beginning of November until the end of March, we are closed except for experiences which run all year. For more information, visit our events page.
